It’s the designer / supermodel collaboration most talked of the moment. Considering I’m a bit obsessed with Gigi Hadid’s style, so when I knew about the collection with Tommy, I knew I should have the a piece of that collection.

The supermodel stalked the runway of New York Fashion Week earlier this year in front of lots of fashion lovers and that now are looking for a piece of this collection of nautical inspiration.

Obviously as a Gigi’s fan, I made my way to the Tommy Hilfiger store here in Panama to examine the collection in person and see how they look feet from the collection to someone like me whose unique features with the 21 year old model is the Height and age. So, I bought a basic T-shirt from her collection (my budget was limited) but I soon realized that I can use it for different occasions. This piece is one of my top favorite in my wardrobe, Don’t know what to use for work? … Gigi + Jacket & Heels, Saturday at the bar with some friends? …. Gigi + Short & converse. Simple! Those who have read us in our lastest posts knows that in Dual Style we love the basics, because there is nothing more versatile than a multifaceted garment.

In this second collection dominate the stripes, jeans with patches and t-shirts with slogan. It definitely reflects a sporty style, so Gigi! ;).

The good news? We will have GIGI X TOMMY for much longer, Oh yes! Since the brand confirmed two more seasons.

I’m hoping to buy more pieces from this collection because it’s really worth it.

Es la colaboración de diseñador / supermodelo más comentada del momento. Teniendo en cuenta que estoy un poco obsesionada con el estilo de Gigi Hadid, así que cuando me entere que haría una colección en conjunto con Tommy, supe que debía tener aunque sea una pieza de recuerdo.

La supermodelo arraso en la pista de la Semana de la Moda de Nueva York  a principios de este año frente a muchos amantes de la moda haciendo que los amantes busquen tener un pedazo de esta colección de inspiración náutica.

Obviamente como buena seguidora de Gigi, hice mi camino a la tienda Tommy Hilfiger aquí en Panamá para examinar la colección en persona y ver cómo le lucen piezas de la colección a alguien como yo cuyas únicas características comunes con el modelo de 21 años de edad es la estatura y la edad. So, compré un T-shirt básico de su colección (mi presupuesto estaba limitado) pero pronto me di cuenta que lo puedo utilizar para diferentes ocasiones. Esta pieza es una de las favoritas en mi closet, ¿no se que usar para ir al trabajo?… Gigi + Jacket & Heels, ¿Sábado al bar con unas amigas?…. Gigi + Short & converse. Simple! Los que ya nos leen desde hace meses saben que en Dual Style nos gustan los básicos , pero es que no hay nada más versátil que una prenda multifasetica.

 

En esta segunda colección predominan las rayas, jeans con parches y t-shirts con slogan. Definitivamente refleja un estilo sport, muy Gigi Hadid.

¿La buena noticia? Tendremos GIGI X TOMMY por mas tiempo, ¡Oh sí! ya que la marca confirmo dos temporadas mas.
